Position: Appointment Scheduler - BDC Are you a scheduling whiz with a passion for helping people find their dream car? Walterboro Ford, a top-rated dealership in Walterboro, SC, is seeking a superstar Appointment Scheduler to join our vibrant Sales department! In this role, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience by scheduling sales appointments that drive qualified leads to our sales team. Responsibilities: * Be the friendly voice scheduling sales appointments by phone and email. * Gather customer information, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect salesperson. * Confirm appointments, answer questions about our inventory and services, and build excitement for their visit. * Utilize our customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain a clear and organized schedule. * Proactively follow up with leads to ensure appointment confirmation and minimize cancellations. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative sales environment. Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment scheduling or a related customer service role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple appointments simultaneously. * Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office. * A positive attitude, a passion for the automotive industry, and a commitment to exceeding sales goals.
