In this role, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience by scheduling sales appointments that drive qualified leads to our sales team. Responsibilities: * Be the friendly voice scheduling sales appointments by phone and email. * Gather customer information, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect salesperson. * Confirm appointments, answer questions about our inventory and services, and build excitement for their visit. * Utilize our customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain a clear and organized schedule. * Proactively follow up with leads to ensure appointment confirmation and minimize cancellations. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative sales environment.
