Location: East Area Type: One year contract ️ Monday – Friday: 8.15am – 5.30pm Basic Salary + Attractive Incentives Key Responsibilities Provide accurate product information and application guidance to sales reps and customers Conduct application testing and troubleshooting both remotely and on-site Deliver post-sales application training and create user-friendly manuals Support customer visits for system setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning Collaborate with sales during on-site presentations and product demos Continuously seek and implement operational improvements Ensure full adherence to company policies and procedures What We’re Looking For Diploma or higher in Electrical / Computer Engineering or related discipline Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Excellent active listening and communication skills (verbal & written) Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts Familiar with: Logic Control & HMI Programming Microsoft Excel Communication Protocols (Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP, etc.) *No Experience is welcome to apply
