REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have experience from a major law firm representing innovative pharmaceutical and biotech companies in IP Litigation as well as excellent academic credentials and a Life Sciences background. Additional requirements include the following:A Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school.Must be admitted, and in good standing, to the bar in the jurisdiction in which you will practice; or must provide written confirmation as to ability to become admitted in that State or District.Degree in chemistry or biology (preferred).Experience in Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation.Analytical, research, and writing skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.SUMMARYVanguard Intellectual Partners (Vanguard-IP) specializes in the placement of IP/Patent professionals nationwide.
