First 60-90 days will be required onsite 5 days a week

They will be doing a 45 and 90 day evaluation on the candidate before allowing them hybrid schedule. Hybrid (Mondays and Fridays remote)

Hours - 7.5 hour days. (8:30-5 OR 9-5:30 - this is according to the Shareholders schedule)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Legal Assistant to support a Shareholder and legal team at a prestigious law firm in downtown Miami. This is a commercial litigation-focused role—not personal injury or insurance defense—and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. You’ll serve as a critical member of the legal support team, helping manage daily operations, case support, and occasional paralegal functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated legal administrative support to a Shareholder, and occasional support to Associates
• Prepare, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence
• Manage case files, organize discovery materials, and assist with court filings
• Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
• Proactively manage schedules, deadlines, and meeting logistics
• Assist with billing, time entry, and general administrative duties
• Support limited paralegal duties as needed

Must have:

- 5 years Commercial Litigation Experience

- Bilingual - Spanish and English

Nice to have:

-Big firm or medium to large firm experience
