Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their business goals, develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, and optimize campaigns to ensure success. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring our clients value our deliverables. Understand client business objectives and challenges to provide strategic guidance and recommendations. Regularly communicate campaign progress, performance metrics, and actionable insights to clients. Embed themselves in the client to be part of their team and a trusted consultant. Analyze client needs and industry trends to create tailored digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC campaigns. Identify target audiences, establish clear objectives, and outline key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage and direct digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize for ROI and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns, continuously refining strategies based on data. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table. Business Development Support: Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to existing clients. Participate in pitches and proposals for new clients, demonstrating expertise and strategic thinking. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and CRM systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients clearly and effectively. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across various industries. Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WordPress.
