About the Role

The  Director of Digital Products  will be accountable for the leadership and management of the RealFaith app and eCommerce ecosystem, ensuring a seamless, high-performing digital experience that drives growth and revenue. This role will spearhead the strategy and execution of premium app monetization, optimizing subscriber acquisition, retention, and conversion across the RealFaith digital funnel. With a focus on scaling digital sales, this leader will leverage data-driven insights, industry best practices, and innovative eCommerce strategies to drive engagement within the premium subscription model.

Specific Duties

Leadership & Accountability (LMA)

· Own the strategic vision, leadership, and execution of the RealFaith app and eCommerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

· Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for digital sales, premium subscriptions, and user engagement.

· Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, content, product, and technology teams to optimize digital growth strategies.

Premium App Monetization & Subscription Growth

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize premium subscription acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

· Oversee pricing models, promotions, and conversion tactics to enhance revenue performance.

· Utilize data analytics to optimize conversion rates, reduce churn, and improve user engagement.

eCommerce & Digital Sales / Monetization

· Lead the eCommerce experience to drive digital product sales, including premium content, merchandise, and subscription-based offerings.

· Lead and grow the social media monetization (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and premium subscription revenue streams.

· Optimize the app’s user journey, ensuring seamless transactions, checkout flows, and upsell opportunities.

Funnel Management & Growth Strategy

· Design and refine the RealFaith digital sales funnel, ensuring a clear pathway from awareness to conversion.

· Implement data-driven strategies to nurture and convert potential donors into premium subscribers.

· Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns, email automation, and targeted digital advertising.

Technology & Performance Analytics

· Oversee analytics tools to track app performance, digital sales trends, and user behavior.

· Provide data-backed insights to optimize acquisition and retention efforts.

· Ensure seamless integration of CRM, payment gateways, and automation tools to enhance efficiency.

Industry Best Practices & Innovation

· Stay ahead of eCommerce and digital subscription trends, ensuring RealFaith remains competitive in the digital marketplace.

· Test and implement emerging technologies, tools, and strategies to drive sustainable digital revenue growth.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in digital sales execution.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

· Proven experience (5+ years) in digital sales, eCommerce, or subscription-based business models, preferably in a leadership role.

Leadership Skills:

· Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams, including full-time staff, part-time staff, interns, and volunteers.

· Develop the staff you oversee both pastorally and professionally, with consistent encouragement and timely professional feedback, taking responsibility of the overall performance of that ministry, and the performance of the staff under their oversight.

· Strong track record of driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic goals.

· Be the primary driver of improvement in your area by creating plans, training, and setting goals. 

· Work toward creating a kingdom-down culture in the ministries and teams you oversee by what you teach and what you tolerate. 

Analytical Skills:

· Strong analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to optimize conversion rates, user engagement, and retention strategies.

· Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

Project Management:

· Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) or tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello).

Not Required, but a Plus

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).

· Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

Industry experience 

· Social media (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

· App development 

Character

Confidentiality, godliness, and loyalty are crucial. This individual need to be hard working, dependable, and able to self-manage their time and workflow. Since this person will have access to the church family and the pastoral families, they must be relational warm, trustworthy, and safe. Since this person is also a representative of the ministry and the Driscoll family, professional conduct is critical; the character guidelines outlined of a deacon in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 are expected. This person will need to maintain a low profile on social media, be able to hold all confidences to ensure that personal privacy is maintained and not aspire to build a platform for themselves. This person also needs to work well with the staff at Trinity Church and RealFaith.

Time Off / Benefits
