• Serve as the senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring quality service delivery aligned with company standards and client expectations.

• Implement and enforce EHS protocols and building code compliance across all facilities.

• Own and manage financial performance including operating budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation for engineering operations.

• Proactively identify risks and opportunities across building systems and service contracts, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Guide and enforce corporate policies and operational SOPs across the engineering and facilities landscape.

• Conduct site visits to ensure accountability, service quality, safety, and execution of operational priorities.

Qualifications & Education:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing multiple sites.

• Demonstrated success managing unionized labor and maintaining productive, compliant relationships with trade organizations.

• Proven experience leading facilities across diverse property types (commercial, corporate, healthcare, etc.).

• Strong understanding of building systems, MEP, energy management, safety compliance, and lifecycle planning.

• Exceptional project management and vendor negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, PE, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage

• 401(k) plan with company match

• Paid time off, holidays, and flexible leave options

• Wellness programs and employee assistance resources

• Life and disability insurance

• Career development and educational assistance
