Responsibilities Develop and manage a sales pipeline exceeding $10M by identifying potential districts and engaging decision-makers. Present tailored proposals and navigate procurement processes to close high-value contracts. Understand district challenges through discovery sessions and craft solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Manage the entire sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing. Leverage existing relationships within school districts to facilitate adoption. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of experience managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing deals over $100K. Strong network of district decision-makers in Texas or California. Experience with public school procurement, including RFPs/RFIs. Proven track record of maintaining a large sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets. Ability to work independently and manage the full sales process. Proficiency with CRM and sales tools. Residence within or near Texas or California, with willingness to travel up to 80% within the region. Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
