The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities required to run, maintain, and service the RCRC facility, and/or events. This includes managing operations, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Essential duties include directing, supervising, and scheduling all aspects of operations such as security, building maintenance, technical services, ADA and OSHA compliance, public safety, and security. The manager coordinates operations with other building departments, recruits, trains, and schedules staff, ensures compliance with facility rules and policies, anticipates and resolves operational problems, monitors cleanliness and safety, oversees maintenance projects, ensures facility readiness during events, serves as Manager on Duty as required, supervises part-time employees including hiring and disciplinary actions, maintains supplies inventory, oversees security keying system, maintains maintenance and repair logs, updates preventative maintenance systems, schedules HVAC system, responds to communications within 24 hours, maintains safe and sanitary working conditions, and adheres to ASM policies. Required qualifications include 3 years of experience in facility management or related field, knowledge of facility operations and compliance, leadership and management skills, technical expertise in facility systems, budgeting and financial management skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, regulatory compliance knowledge, technology proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
