App Gastroenterology opening in MontanaGreat Falls, MtFull timePosition Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our established outpatient Gastroenterology team. This full-time role is part of a dynamic, collaborative group committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical setting.As an APP in this role, you will work independently in an outpatient environment, supported by a team of GI physicians and APPs, with regular opportunities for mentorship and professional development.Team Structure:6 Outpatient Gastroenterology Physicians (Full-time & Per Diem)3 GI Hospitalist Physicians (Full-time & Per Diem)3 Outpatient APPs + 1 Inpatient APPSupported by a strong network of medical specialists and excellent clinical staffPractice Details:Outpatient-based with newly remodeled clinic spaceBrand new, 22,000 sq. ft. outpatient endoscopy lab with 8 endo suitesGI physicians in clinic for half days and available by phone/messenger throughout the dayMonthly educational sessions for APPs and physicians to promote growth, mentorship, and collaborationOption for 1 day per week inpatient work (if a 5-day schedule is preferred and interests align)Qualifications: Required:Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Minimum of 1-2 years of Gastroenterology or related specialty experienceAbility to work independently in an outpatient settingPreferred:Experience in both outpatient and inpatient GI careComfort with Epic EMR or other large EMR systemsWhy Join Us:Financially stable, not-for-profit health system with over 400 employed providersCEO with 20+ year tenure and a strong commitment to clinical excellenceRegional tertiary referral center with comprehensive specialty supportPatient-centered mission with focus on quality and collaborationWell-established infrastructure and provider leadership engagementCompensation & Benefits:Nationally competitive salary with guaranteed base + productivity & performance bonuses33 days of paid time off annually (28 PTO, 5 CME)Annual CME stipend: $5,000 + $1,000 for licenses/duesRelocation assistance5 7% employer retirement matchPaid malpractice with tail coverageProvider wellness initiatives and leadership engagement forums Source Medical, LLC
