Job Summary As the Club Manager, you'll own sales performance goals and new client acquisition for your facility. You’ll work with each potential client to understand their background, goals, and motivations, building trust and identifying solutions to help them lead healthier lives. The role involves managing daily tasks, welcoming members, selling memberships and training services, and leading staff to work cohesively. It requires self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and positive influence. Responsibilities Membership & training sales: Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads into members. Brand promotion: Establish relationships in the community, coordinate engagement and marketing campaigns, and promote the brand. Team leadership: Inspire and motivate the team to foster a positive environment. Operations: Manage daily operational tasks as needed. Culture creation: Deliver excellent customer service and create an inspiring environment for members and guests. Qualifications Experience in the fitness industry is not required but good communication and soft skills are essential. 18 years or older Friendly, outgoing, genuine, honest Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) Technologically savvy Self-motivated Good time and schedule management skills Compensation Base hourly rate plus profit share commission based on monthly revenue. Salary range: $39,000 - $49,000 per year.
