Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Influencer Management Team and contribute to the growth and success of our influencer department.

Position Summary:

As the Influencer Marketing Manager , you’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our influencer marketing program. You’ll work closely with leadership, affiliate managers, and creative teams to identify high-performing creators, negotiate deals, launch campaigns, and analyze performance. You will be responsible for setting KPIs, managing budgets, and ensuring influencer partnerships contribute meaningfully to our sales and brand awareness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create the influencer marketing strategy, with a focus on revenue-driving partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Identify, vet, and build relationships with top-tier influencers and creator networks that align with Snap’s mission and product line
  • Negotiate contracts, define deliverables, and manage timelines and budgets for influencer activations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, paid media, affiliate, customer service) to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing goals
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (sales, reach, engagement, ROI), making data-driven optimizations
  • Scale TikTok Shop creator partnerships and support daily growth of affiliate sales through proactive outreach and campaign management
  • Manage influencer databases, ensuring up-to-date records of contracts, performance, and communication history
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and innovate the influencer program
  • Mentor and manage team members (e.g. Influencer Coordinators)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally with direct experience managing TikTok and TikTok Shop campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer dynamics, and creator monetization models
  • Proven ability to manage influencer budgets and report on campaign ROI
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopify, Amazon, or affiliate tracking tools is a strong plus
