ResponsibilitiesProspecting: Identify and develop potential clients by researching and contacting individuals interested in insurance services.
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
Policy Recommendation: Recommend suitable insurance policies by assessing clients' needs and explaining options clearly.
Sales Execution: Present insurance policies and close sales with potential clients through effective negotiation and persuasion.
Cross-Selling: Explore opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional insurance products.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all insurance industry regulations and company policies.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development programs to stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
RequirementsLicensing: Must hold an active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a similar role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and deliver excellent customer service.
Adaptability: Proficient in handling both in-person and remote work scenarios with ease.

Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems and industry-related software for client management and sales tracking.
