We're looking for a Manager of International Operations to lead our ocean export freight operations. This key leadership role ensures smooth, compliant international shipments while driving innovation, streamlining processes, and strengthening customer relationships. What You'll Do: - Lead daily global export ocean freight operations with a focus on timely, cost-effective service.
- Manage and mentor a team of Logistics Specialists/Coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (U.S. and foreign).
- Optimize processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.
- Handle carrier rate negotiations, contracts, claims, and exceptions.
- Oversee operational and financial reporting, including metrics and performance tracking.
What You Bring: - 5+ years in international freight/logistics (NVOCC preferred), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international trade compliance and documentation.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with global carriers and contract management.
- Proficient in MS Office; CargoWise experience is a plus.

Pay Range:$92,100.00 - $165,800.00
