About Us:

American Custom Drying is a leading contract manufacturer specializing in spray drying and ingredient processing solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support our Finance and Operations teams with achieving profitability targets.

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience. The Junior Financial Analyst will support cross-functional teams by gathering data, analyzing trends, and helping identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to costs, inventory, production, and operations
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel and/or data visualization tools
  • Support financial analysis and forecasting in partnership with the Finance team
  • Conduct variance analysis on expenses and identify potential areas for savings
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership meetings
  • Participate in monthly operational and financial reviews
  • Collaborate with departments including Production, Shipping, and Maintenance to understand and document process flows
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis as requested by senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or financial principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with ERP systems or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
