Mailroom Quality Control Associate
Pay Rate: $15.00hr

Lexington, KY 

Work Hours:

• Monday - Friday 
• Additional overtime as needed
• Some Saturdays
• Mandatory Paid Training: 8 weeks

Position Overview
Join the Conduent team as an Onsite Mailroom Quality Control Associate and be part of an innovative, people-first organization. In this dynamic role, you’ll be an essential member of our team, working across multiple departments as a floater to support document control and mailroom operations. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

As a Mailroom Quality Control Associate, you’ll be responsible for receiving, processing, sorting, and distributing mail and documents, delivering and retrieving mail from warehouse, while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work well both independently and in a team environment. Must have valid driver's license. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and process mail ensuring quality 
• Oversee daily mailroom operations
• Operate mailroom equipment, including scanners, copiers, and printers.
• Handle administrative tasks when needed.
• Maintain focus and productivity while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to security protocols and company policies to safeguard sensitive information.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure overall operational efficiency.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week and adapt to flexible work hours.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or mailroom operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $15.00 an hour.
