Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a MANAGER - THERAPY SERVICES to join our THERAPY team!
The Manager- Therapy Services plans, directs, and oversees activities, programs, staff, and services for their responsible department(s) and location(s). Scope to include multiple services areas, sites and or programs. The position develops and implements goals and objectives for assigned areas of responsibility in collaboration with the Regional Director. The position implements and manages plans and budgets necessary to achieve goals. She/he will seek and consult leaders, other departments and within the system functional team to ensure effective and efficient coordination of efforts. Oversees and directs the work of supervisory and non-supervisory employees as assigned and assures competency. In collaboration with the Regional Director, oversees all departmental services in accordance with applicable hospital standards, policies and procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks
