Capital Core Management is looking for a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional to make a meaningful impact in our business and our industry. We are seeking a talented Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team right away. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, with a strong focus on social media management and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to produce high-quality results and work autonomously with support from the Operations Manager and facility owners.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain organic posting for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

· Create engaging content, including posts, captions, and graphics.

· Create and manage all email marketing campaigns.

· Monitor social media engagement and respond, follow, engage, as necessary.

· Monitor social media analytics and optimize performance.

· Collaborate with Operations Manager and other team members to create visually appealing marketing materials.

· Coordinate and manage events schedule with leadership team.

· Support event marketing efforts to promote upcoming events and engage potential attendees.

· Help manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary contracts and services.

· Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring guest satisfaction.

· Act as point of contact for all events, including, but not limited to: promotions, in-house events, and out-of-house events

· Maintain organized records of event details, communications, and feedback for future reference.

· Support public relations strategies including research, pitching, content partnership execution, event planning, press release writing and all media coordination.

· Execute press release distribution, media outreach, and PR efforts to build brand credibility.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

· 3-5 years of experience in creating & implementing marketing strategies.

· 3-5 years of experience in event planning & execution.

· Strong understanding and interest of social media platforms.

· Experience in online marketing, specifically with Facebook or Google Ads campaigns.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.

· Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or similar).

· Experience with email marketing platforms.

· A passion for Marketing and the ability to bring forward new ideas, support, and feedback on marketing strategies.

· Knowledge of event marketing strategies to attract attendees and promote events successfully.

· Ability to provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

· Familiarity with budgeting processes to assist in managing financial aspects of events.

· Must have availability to work evenings and weekends.
