Now Hiring: ABA Marketing Coordinator
Fresno, CA] | Part-Time (Potential Full-time) | Onsite Monday to Friday (Occasional Travel to our LA office for events, company paid) 

Are you passionate about marketing and looking to make an impact in the world of behavioral health? We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Coordinator to support our ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs and services. This is a unique opportunity to combine creative marketing with a mission-driven purpose—helping children and families thrive through quality ABA services.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that support client and company growth, outreach, and recruitment events in the ABA field
• Coordinate internal and external communications, social media campaigns, career fairs and promotional events
• Collaborate with clinical and HR teams to promote company and hiring events, and client services
• Create and manage content for print and digital platforms (flyers, newsletters, social media, email campaigns, etc.)
• Track marketing metrics and assist with reporting on campaign performance
• Support brand consistency and community engagement through local partnerships and events

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of marketing experience (preferably in healthcare, education, or behavioral services)
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
• Experience with social media management, Canva, or other creative tools a plus
• A passion for supporting families, children, and mental/behavioral health initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
