Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Numisma Bank | Greenwich, CT | On-Site | 25 hrs/week

Numisma Bank in Greenwich, CT is seeking a highly organized, upbeat, and reliable Office Assistant to support daily operations and bring positive energy to the workplace. This is a part-time, on-site role — Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day (25 hours/week total).

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just keep things running—they lift the entire office. The ideal candidate is the kind of person who shows up with a smile, keeps things organized, and helps create a warm, productive environment for the whole team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the heartbeat of the office—greet staff and visitors, foster a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Book domestic and international travel for executives
  • Process and reconcile expense reports for executives
  • Plan and coordinate quarterly volunteer events for the on-site team
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Experience coordinating travel, managing expenses, or planning events is a plus

  • Reliable transportation to and from Greenwich, CT
