You will serve as a bridge between different business teams, including Legal, Finance, and our outsourced real estate partner, to ensure smooth execution of real estate decisions, contracts, renewals, and more. This position offers a high level of autonomy, as you'll interact with landlords, track leases, and produce critical documents for successful real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lease Monitoring & Compliance: Track key lease dates and ensure all obligations are met using real estate database tools like CoStar. Work closely with the Real Estate Portfolio team to stay on top of these tasks.
Global Coordination: Partner with global sites to ensure timely responses to critical lease dates and to align on real estate decisions.
Document Management: Prepare various documents for review and signatures in collaboration with the Legal, Finance, business units, and external real estate teams.
Cost Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess the financial impact of different real estate options.
Communication & Reporting: Draft renewal notices, tenant allowances, lease commencements, and broker commission documents. Also, handle ongoing communications related to these processes.
Documentation Organization: Maintain accurate and organized documentation for both leased and owned properties.
Database & File Management: Upload invoices, contracts, and other documents to the real estate database (CoStar) for seamless team access.
Reporting & Presentations: Generate real estate reports or presentations for internal teams and leadership.
Audit Coordination: Work with auditors to ensure they receive necessary documentation as required.
Special Projects: Take on ad-hoc projects as needed to support the business.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in real estate or lease administration.
Familiarity with real estate software tools (like CoStar) and data-driven reporting.
This role does not offer immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Skilled at interpreting data and applying independent judgment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Technologically savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems.
Strong financial/analytical skills with a solid foundation in math concepts.
Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
A strong preference for consistency and precision.
Experience with creating custom reports.
