Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Tradeshow Manager to join our dynamic Events team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth tech environment, loves collaborating across teams, and has a strong track record of managing tradeshows. You’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of 3rd-party events and tradeshows that drive brand awareness, pipeline, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic tradeshows and industry events, from booth design and vendor coordination to on-site logistics and post-event follow-up

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, product marketing, and partners to ensure events support broader go-to-market goals

• Own event timelines, budgets, and logistics with a high degree of precision and attention to detail

• Develop clear pre- and post-event plans including promotional strategy, lead capture, and follow-up plan

• Analyze event performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to keep our event experiences fresh and innovative

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on event management experience, ideally at a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech company

• A strategic thinker who can execute flawlessly under pressure

• A strong communicator and collaborator—people love working with you

• Confident in managing multiple projects at once, and autonomous in getting things done, but not afraid to ask questions or flag blockers early

• Proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve

• Bonus: You’ve worked with tools like Asana, Salesforce, and Splash

• Travel 25 - 40% of the time

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
