What you’ll get to do:

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for retail expansion, including new store openings and market penetration
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior to proactively address challenges and capitalize on opportunities
  • Analyze key retail and sell-out metrics to implement initiatives that increase foot traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance

Team Leadership & Field Execution

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales organization including Key Account, Retail, Sales Operations and Field Sales
  • Manage team spanning wholesale and owned door, ensuring consistent brand representation and performance at all points of sale
  • Partner with the National Field Sales Lead to train the field team, set sales targets, and achieve door-level goals
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation
  • Optimize sales operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional planning

We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 15+ years of commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing wholesale and retail channels
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a consumer-driven industry, preferably beauty, fashion, or luxury goods
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including brick and mortar store management and customer experience
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
