Job Description

Our fast-growing company is looking for a qualified Business Management Associate. The ideal candidate is someone who works well under pressure, works well with co-workers, is responsible and detail-oriented, and has strong work ethics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow internal SOP and liaise with various departments to ensure streamlined business operations
  • Assist Business Associate Manager with operational issues, including communicating with Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting, and RMA teams
  • Submit monthly internal proposals to headquarters with accurate data and numbers
  • Update logs and reports
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are processed without error or delay
  • Constant follow-up with internal departments to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Support sales team in reaching quarterly business goals
  • Maintain a healthy account balance with assigned accounts
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
  • 1+ year experience in office operation preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer components
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task well
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems, and create and execute solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, and affinity for numbers
  • Mandarin Chinese-speaking is a plus
