This is not your typical event planning role — think hands-on, face-to-face engagement at community events, retail activations, and live outreach campaigns. We work directly with mission-driven brands and nonprofits to connect with the public, amplify awareness, and inspire action.
🔹 What You’ll Do:Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of branded events and pop-up campaigns
Represent top national nonprofits and purpose-driven brands in public-facing settings
Interact with event attendees, share campaign information, and distribute promotional materials
Create genuine, trust-based connections with community members and retail partners
Support the team in meeting campaign engagement and outreach goals
Track performance metrics and provide valuable feedback on campaign effectiveness
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in Marketing, PR, Communications , or related fields is a plus)
Excellent communication skills and an approachable, professional demeanor
Comfortable working on your feet , engaging with the public, and thinking on your feet
Weekend and evening availability is required for community events and campaigns
Bonus: Internships, volunteer work, or school involvement in events/marketing = great experience!
